Late Fees will be applied to any Payment not received by 5:00 pm Pacific Time on the 10th of each month.
Refund Policy
All rent is due on the 1st day of the month. If your unit is occupied on or after the 1st day of the month, full rent is due for that month. If your unit is occupied after the 1st day of the month no refunds will be given.
